Contact us for three reasons. Corrections, vendor information, and sponsored inquiries. Use the email address below and put the reason in the subject line so the note reaches the right check.

Corrections: tell us the page, the line, and the source that proves the fix. A vendor pricing page, a vendor doc, a changelog or a published benchmark works. We check every correction against the source. If we got it wrong, we fix the page and note the correction and the date. If the claim cannot be checked, we remove it until it can be checked.

Vendor information: send a pricing page link, a doc link or a changelog link. Send the plan name, the price, the limit and the check date in the note. Do not send a sales deck as the only source. We need a public page we can link to and re-check. If your price is quote only, say so and send the page where a buyer asks for a quote. We will list it as Quote only.

Sponsored inquiries: say what placement you want, for which category, and for how long. Sponsored placements are labelled Sponsored. A sponsored placement never changes a rank, a pick or a verdict. Do not ask for a paid rank. That request will be refused.

We read every note. We reply when we need more evidence or when a fix is made. If your note is a sales pitch with no public source, it will not change a page. If you run a small fleet, a shop or a warehouse and a tool failed on a real job, tell us the truck count, the stop count or the pallet count and what went wrong. Floor detail helps us check the right claim.
